  • 1/3 cup popping corn
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 bag (or about 2 cups) mini marshmallows
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Food coloring, optional

Instructions

Pop corn in oil. Lightly salt and set aside. Place marshmallows and butter in a medium glass bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted (careful-it's HOT). Additional Comments:

Serves: 6 Eat right away! Or, you can store in an airtight container for several days. Freeze them for several weeks. For holidays, stir a little food coloring into melted marshmallows.

Do not let the popped corn sit for very long before you use it - get all the ingredients ready before you start.
