Caramel Corn

Preparation Time: popping + boiling time Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

  • 24 cups popped corn
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions

Boil brown sugar, butter, and syrup for 5 minutes. Add cream of tartar; stir and pour over popped corn. Mix well. Place into cake pans or cookie sheets and put in the oven at 250F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
